ZZP 1.9 Rocker Arms

This is our latest 3800 product. It is a lightweight replacement rocker arm, (over 27% lighter than the OEM rocker arms!) however this is the higher 1.9 ratio version, the stock rockers are 1.6 ratio. These are intended to maximize the performance of the stock camshaft by increasing the lift of the stock cam lobe. Increasing the lift of the valve will improve airflow through the heads resulting in about 5-7% more horsepower. They will reduce the boost a bit in supercharged applications which will reduce knock. These will work great in supercharged, turbo, or naturally aspirated 3800 cars. We also be offer them in a 1.65 ratio as well.

If your valve springs have less than 100,000 miles on them, generally they can be reused. However running 90# valve springs and LS style retainers will allow you to bump the shift point a bit more for more higher RPM gains and avoid valve float.

They come as a complete set, with the rocker arms themselves, custom pedestals, new rocker bolts, and a set of 5/16" chromoly push rods.

Note: Our 1.9 rockers are intended for a STOCK CAM ONLY, they will damage your valvetrain even on the smallest aftermarket cam.
