We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with shipping the items back to us for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like proven tuning, custom products & installation (such as special orders or personalized items), tires, wheels, lift/ lowering kits., car audio, alarms lights. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. All exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All equipment installed by Platinum High Performance Solutions,LLC. found to be defective within 30 days of original installation will be exchanged for new. Equipment found to be defective after 30 days or not installed by Platinum High Performance Solutions,LLC. is subject to manufacturers warranty only.
Equipment not returned in new condition or equipment missing original boxes, packing, manuals or warranty cards are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge,
No refunds on labor, radar detectors, installation parts, supplies, materials, special order items, freight, batteries, or cut to size wire or materials.
Special orders require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit.
A 90 day layaway plan is available on all new equipment with 10% down. Closeout, demo or used equipment requires a 25% non-refundable deposit.
Platinum High Performance Solutions,LLC. will not warranty any speakers subject to direct voice coil burnout or any speaker which is determined to be physically damaged. Manufacturers warranty on tweeters only, no exchanges
Used equipment sales are final. No warranty. No exchange. No refund. All above is void.

No warranty will apply if its products are in any way altered or modified after delivery by seller.
Platinum High Performance Solutions,LLC. will not be responsible for any legal issues regarding the modification of street legal vehicles, off road vehicles or any other type of vehicle. All items are strictly for off road vehicles which may never be driven on the streets.
All sales are subject to sales tax unless your business has a signed current Sales Tax Exemption Certificate on file or if we are shipping directly from our warehouse to an out of state address.
Unless prior arrangements have been made, Platinum High Performance Solutions,LLC. will act as custodian of your wheels and/or tires for a maximum of 10 days from the date of this notice. If your wheels and/or tires are not picked up by 6:00 pm on the 10th day, you hereby transfer ownership of said items to Platinum High Performance Solutions, LLC. At that time, we will either dispose of or sell said items as we see fit, Platinum High Performance Solutions,LLC. will make no effort to contact you beyond the 10 day period.
A storage fee of $35 (minimum) per day may be applied to vehicles which are not claimed within 3 working days of notification of completion
