We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, log in to your account at https://account.platinumhpsolutions.com, navigate to your order, and select "Request a return." Follow the on-screen prompts to submit your return request. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on the next steps.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide free return labels. You may purchase a return shipping label through your preferred carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
To purchase a return label through your account, go to your order in your customer account and select the return option — you will be guided through the process of purchasing a prepaid return label at your expense.
