Description
The BD 6L80 Roadmaster transmission increases the reliability and longevity of stock or lightly modified trucks. Our remanufactured valve body has a new clutch select, and the TCC regulator valves eliminate sloppy shifting. Our deep sump oil pan will reduce heat and burnup of the clutches. A brand-new ProForce torque converter with a billet cover is included in every 6L80 Roadmaster Transmission Package.

- New Pressure Regulator valve to prevent low line pressure
- New Clutch Select and TCC Regulator valve to eliminate sticky valves
- Updated GM Forward Piston to prevent cracks, common on OEM piston
- New Cast Aluminum Transmission Oil Pan with an extra 2 quarts of fluid capacity
- New Molded Pistons
- New OEM clutches and steels
- New TEHCM pressure switch seals and discs
- Cleaned and tested TEHCM unit

- A GM MDI2 or equivalent scan tool with J2534 pass-thru programming capability is required to update the TECHM/TCM calibration file and initiate a relearn. This is a critical step to take before attempting to test-drive the vehicle
- Does NOT Fit Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 2019-2021 models with 5.3L VIN D. The engine type is indicated by 8th digit of the vehicle identification number (VIN)
- Does NOT Fit Chevy Silverado 2016-2018 High Country

- Does NOT Fit GMC Sierra 2016-2018 Denali or SLT
- HP Tuners is capable of programming the TECHM/TCM as an alternative method.
