- Mother Clutcher new original spec primary clutch and tied-type upgrade secondary clutch and puller tool for RZR 1000XP models listed.
- The primary clutch comes pre-tuned with weights and spring pre-installed and ready to bolt on and use. Our primary clutches have had exclusive upgrades to the critical wear components to make sure they meet the quality of the original primary clutch.
- For the first time, the secondary clutch comes with round rollers pre-installed instead of square pucks.
- EBS SPECS (Engine Braking Specs): The downhill engine braking on this set is also stronger than what came originally on the 2016+ RZR 1000XP. The primary is the original setup like what came in all the 1000 XP models as well. This secondary helix will give noticeably more downhill slow down when let off the gas pedal between 5-18mph than what the original secondary did.

PRIMARY UPGRADES: Our primary clutch upgrades include HD shafts and redesigned bearing retainer seals (to keep oil in the bearing and keep dirt out), and a special Mother Clutcher™ formulated hard coating in the metal rollers (to keep them rolling smoothly even in dirty conditions). That keeps them from binding, hanging up, or flat-spotting the weights, leading to prolonged weight and roller life. The buttons have been updated to a high-quality two-part system made in Japan. The outer half has a hard, extremely wear-resistant compound, while the inner half has a rubber-padded base that allows the pair to flex, giving you a button hard enough to last, yet flexible enough to put minimum wear on the aluminum walls of the clutch, extending clutch life.
- SECONDARY UPGRADES: this is a true Tied style design that replaces the slightly weaker BOSS design they came with. This is the same style of clutch that came on the 2014-2015 XP 1000's and other higher-end XP models throughout the years. This Tied design has been around a long time and is very well-proven. Upgrading your secondary means less belt/clutch issues, better clutch consistency and performance, and superior performance for the long haul.
