Brackets are designed to attached to the stock locations on a BARE OEM front 5th gen bumper. They attach to the inside frame rails on your 3rd gen 2500/3500 Truck. See second image
WILL NOT WORK WITH AFTERMARKET PLATE STEAL BUMPERS
