This product includes the subwoofer and amplifier, however it is meant to pair with the full Stage 4 or Stage 2 product which includes the amp bracket and all wiring:
MB Quart Jeep® Wrangler (JL) Tuned Audio Package: 400 Watt 12 Inch Tailgate Subwoofer with a Ported Enclosure. MB Quart 12" subwoofer system powered by a 400 watt class-d amplifier. This system uses the interior tailgate panel for mounting the subwoofer enclosure. Plug & Play with any of the MB Quart STAGE 4 Wrangler (JL) systems or STAGE 2 Wrangler (JK) systems.
