The Magnaflow 15398 Turbo Outlet Downpipe for your 01-04 LB7 Duramax is built from 3" mandrel bent stainless steel & features a durable high temp thermal coating. A fiberglass based heat wrap is also used to provide further insulation from the passenger compartment and firewall due to the closer proximity of the larger, higher flowing pipe.
