Heavy Duty Borg Warner governor pressure solenoid for all 47re & 48re Dodge transmissions. This is the most common upgraded solenoid for aftermarket performance “built” transmissions ranging from stock to 1500 HP. This larger than stock solenoid is extremely reliable even when line pressure exceeds 200 psi or double the pressure of a factory stock 47re transmission. This Borg solenoid is a direct replacement that fits in the factory governor solenoid location and utilizes the original transmission harness plug. If you have a 1996 thru 2007 47RE or 48RE transmission, this solenoid is a great upgrade.
