The EVP 3" Racing Downpipe with Bullet Muffler for the Can-Am Maverick R is a high-performance exhaust foundation designed to withstand the extreme temperatures of the Rotax turbocharger while refining the engine's acoustic profile.

Unlike standard aftermarket downpipes that use thin-walled tubing, EVP utilizes heavy-duty Schedule 10 cast stainless steel at the primary elbow to prevent the "blowtorch" effect—a common failure point where high-velocity exhaust gases exit the turbo.

Thermal Engineering & Durability

• Cast Stainless Elbow: The critical connection point directly behind the turbo is cast from Schedule 10 stainless steel. This is significantly thicker and more heat-resistant than the 16-gauge low-grade stainless used by competitors, which can crack or burn through under high-boost conditions.

• TIG-Welded 304 Stainless: The remainder of the assembly is handcrafted and TIG-welded from thick-walled 304 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance and structural integrity.

• Heat Shielding: This downpipe is a direct replacement for the OEM unit but is not compatible with the OEM lower heat shield due to its increased 3" diameter.
