The Dieselr Signature L5P EGR Upgrade Kit is manufactured in the USA (with select globally sourced components) and built for clean installs, repeatable sealing, and long-term durability on GM’s 2017–2026 6.6L Duramax (L5P). Precision CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum and 304 stainless components deliver an OEM-grade fit without the clutter.
Block-off plates feature a black anodized billet finish with laser-engraved DIESELR logos, paired with machined-finish plates where required for a clean, leak-free install. Across the lineup, we use the same proven manufacturing approach: billet where tolerances matter, stainless where heat and corrosion demand it, and a reinforced high-temp silicone coolant reroute with quality fittings.
