The Dieselr Signature EGR Upgrade Kit (2011–2025 Powerstroke 6.7L) is built for Ford owners who demand clean installs, long-term durability, and a factory-quality fit. Manufactured in the USA (with select globally sourced components), this kit uses CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum billet and 304 stainless steel to deliver unmatched sealing and repeatable precision across early, mid, and late Powerstroke generations.
Fitment Notice: For trucks built between 2015.5–2016, an additional coolant hose is required for proper installation (not included in this kit).
Every plate is engineered for a clean, leak-free install. The black anodized billet block-off plates feature laser-engraved DIESELR logos, while machined plates are included where application-specific. Stainless fasteners and treated hardware ensure the upgrade stands up to high-heat environments without corrosion or failures.
