Your 2010–2011 Camaro LS/LT 3.6L V6 LLT makes a respectable 304 hp from the factory — but the stock airbox is the bottleneck. GM designed the OEM intake with a sound-suppressing baffled resonator box that prioritizes cabin quiet over airflow. The result: restricted throttle response, muted induction sound, and leaving horsepower on the table.
Flashark's cold air intake kit replaces the stock airbox with a Φ83 mm (3.27") mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube, a high-flow dry cotton gauze conical filter, and a full-coverage stamped steel heat shield. On a stock LLT V6, expect 5–10 WHP and noticeably improved throttle response between 3,000–5,500 RPM. The induction sound becomes deeper and more aggressive on acceleration, while retaining near-stock cabin noise during cruise.
Installation uses factory mounting points — no cutting, no welding, no permanent modification. Budget 60–90 minutes with basic hand tools. The Camaro ECU automatically adapts to the increased airflow, so no tune is required for basic bolt-on use (though a tune unlocks additional gains when paired with exhaust headers).
