Description
Description
Air Lift Load Controller — Single Path (Heavy Duty) — On-board compressor system that lets you adjust both air springs together from an in-cab gauge. Heavy-duty compressor, clean wiring, and a compact gauge pod for simple, reliable load control.
Key Specs
- Compatibility: Universal single-path air management (inflates both springs equally); works with most 1/4″ airline air springs.
- Compressor: Heavy-duty on-board unit for faster inflation and better durability than standard-duty kits.
- Control: In-cab analog gauge with inflate/deflate; low-pressure protection helps maintain a safe minimum pressure.
- System Type: Single-path (both springs at the same pressure). For independent L/R control, use a dual-path system.
- Includes (typical): Compressor, manifold, gauge & pod, wiring harness, air lines, fittings, and mounting hardware.
Ideal for towing/hauling where side-to-side loads are even; single-path keeps pressures equal across both bags.
What’s Included
- (1) Heavy-duty air compressor
- (1) Manifold & air lines with 1/4″ fittings
- (1) In-cab analog gauge with mounting pod
- Complete wiring harness & install hardware
Contents can vary slightly by kit revision—refer to the packing list/install guide in your box.
Installation
- Difficulty: Intermediate (12V wiring + routing airline/gauge pod)
- General Steps: Mount compressor & manifold; route airline away from heat/moving parts; run harness & mount gauge; connect to air springs; leak-check; set baseline PSI.
- Tools: Basic hand tools, torque wrench, grommets/clamps for clean routing
Re-check for leaks and re-torque after the first 50–100 miles.
Single-path is perfect for even loads; for slide-in campers or uneven cargo, consider a dual-path system. Ask us about FFS Professional Installation services.
