Maximize the capability of your 2008 Dodge RAM 2500 and 3500 4WD diesel truck with this 6-inch lift kit with long arm and FOX 2.5 Coil-over conversion from BDS Suspension.

These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed specifically to bolt-on performance for increased travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain along with smooth on-road comfort. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 37 inch Tires.

BDS developed a mounting system that bolts directly to the factory coil mounts with only minor trimming/drilling required. This new system also

• Includes weld in reinforcements at the axle for superior strength. BDS built the long lower control arms to reduce caster change through wheel travel which creates a more controlled feeling in the steering wheel. This long arm long arm system retains the factory triangulation of the arms which adds to the stability of the suspension system.

Up front the lift kit includes FOX 2.5 Coil-Over shocks, all four control arms plus mounting bracket, forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, and sway bar links. In the rear this kit utilizes heavy duty cast steel blocks, longer u-bolts, and a matching set of FOX 2.0 Performance shocks.

FOX 2.5 Coil-Overs

FOX 2.5 coil-overs offer next level performance for on-road comfort and off-road comfort capability. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box, these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter coil-overs are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in the rough terrain.

Long Arm Conversion

Upgrading the standard control arms to a long arm adds strength, improves handling and takes offroad articulation to the next level. This upgrade consists of massive 1/4-inch steel frame mounted brackets to install the oversized upper and lower formed long arms.

The arms are formed for maximum Tire clearance and allow the stock control arm tabs to remain on the vehicle. The upper arms are solid stock while the heavy wall tubular lower arms utilize oversized greaseable polyurethane bushings for superior road vibration isolation.

1. Measure rear axle tube before ordering. Some 4 inch axle models with dual overloads will require u-bolt 4068.
2. Although unusual, if driveline vibration occurs, order appropriate transfer case drop kit 122602 (03-05 Diesel Auto), 122605 (06-08 Diesel Auto), or 122606 (03-13 Diesel Auto with OE mount P/N 52121938AA) available in options or t-case index kit. 122801 auto or 122802 for manual transmission.
3. Optional transfer case drop kits fit automatic transmission models only.
4. Exhaust modification will be required for dual rear shock kit 122009 on 6.7L Diesel models.
5. If your Truck has had the steering gear box changed and the sector shaft diameter measures 1-1/2 inch-1-5/8 inch you will need to add part # BDS082404 to your kit.

Rear Lift Option Block Kit

• Blocks are made from cast iron for strength.
