ZZP 1.4T LUV/LUJ Head Studs

Secure your head with our new ZZP 1.4t head stud kit, the ultimate solution in clamping force. With our continued push in the 1.4 market we developed the first full off the shelf upgraded head stud solution for the 1.4t (LUV/LUJ/LUH). ZZP studs are re-useable and will last the lifetime of your engine unlike the stock torque to yield bolts.

Torque Specs: 60 ft/lbs final via 3 passes. 20 first pass, 40 second pass, 60 final. Torque spec applies to the nut, not the main stud. Only hand tighten stud into block.
