Replaces OE BC3Z-6F073-D
ZZ Diesel allows you to replace the factory plastic cold side intercooler pipe with a stainless steel pipe. Comparable to XD305
Replace a common failure point in your 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke to increase long term reliability.
From the factory, your truck is equipped with a plastic intercooler pipe that can't handle stock power levels! Add in performance tuning and an aftermarket exhaust and your intercooler pipe will be the next thing to go. Unfortunately, it won't just come apart when you go to start your truck one day. It will fail while you're going down the track, or pulling a load up a steep grade. Either way, it can leave you stranded.
