Description:
Replace your high-mileage (and expensive) OEM High Pressure Oil Pump lines with a CNC Fabrication™ upgrade! Advanced HPOP lines featuring top-of-the-line Aeroquip® hoses with DuPont Teflon™ lining.
These lines are to replace the typical high mileage expensive leaky oem hpop lines that have the ford stc fittings. Kit comes with two hoses and all necessary fittings to eliminate the quick connect fittings (stc) on the heads and the hpop itself. Hoses are up-sized to 3/8″, using top of the line aeroquip hose utilizing dupont teflon lining with a burst pressure rating of 16,000psi and working temperature rating of 400*f. Nominal working pressure is 5000psi @ 72*f and 3000psi @ 400*f (if your engine oil is this hot, you have bigger issues to worry about).
**Pump Fittings: 28FT/LBS • Head Fittings: 23FT/LBS • Hose Ends: 21FT/LBS *AND REMOVE THE SPRING CHECKS IN THE PUMP UNDER THE STOCK FITTINGS**
**NOTE: IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF INSTALLING THESE LINES YOURSELF, PLEASE SEEK OUT A COMPETENT AND QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN TO INSTALL THE LINES. ALSO, WHEN INSTALLING, THE DISC CHECK VALVES BEHIND THE HPOP FITTINGS NEED TO BE REMOVED. THEY ARE NOT NEEDED. IF YOU HAVE THE PROPER TOOLS TO CHECK TORQUE, THE FITTINGS ARE TO BE SET TO 28FT/LBS.**
