Variants

• 10R140 Category 1 – GPZ Clutches
  Stock-capacity rebuild using Raybestos GPZ friction plates and steels, improved filter, and upgraded pump/valve body assembly. Ideal for daily drivers and towing trucks needing superior durability over factory units.
• 10R140 Category 2 – Expanded Capacity
  Features expanded E- and F-clutch modules, increasing capacity by up to 25%. Corrects premature wear issues and improves heat management for trucks under heavy load or higher horsepower. Includes Sonnax regulator valve upgrades for better line pressure control.
• 10R140 Category 3 – Pro-Loc Valve Body & Pump
  Full performance build with SunCoast Pro-Loc valve body, increased line pressure (+60psi), 250% cooler charge improvement, quicker lockup, and stronger clutch engagement. Built for trucks seeing extreme towing, racing, or 800+ HP builds.
