Description:
Over a year of prototyping and five years of on-road testing went into perfecting this Super Duty axle swap bracket kit. Built to solve common problems seen in other kits, it’s laser cut and CNC-formed from premium 1/4" A36 P&O steel—far superior to typical mill scale plate. Every component is engineered for maximum strength, precision, and clean fitment.

Donor Axle Requirements:

Front: 2005–2016 Dana 60 (F-250/F-350 8x170 bolt pattern)

Rear: 1999–2016 axle (2008–2016 preferred for leaf springs/brake upgrade)

Also compatible with factory Super Duty coils, radius arms, sway bar, and steering components
Notes on Fitment & Lift:

Designed to provide 1–2" of lift over a stock OBS F-250/350

Factory 4400 lb “ADD” coil springs recommended for leveled setup

Coil buckets add ~1.5–2" of lift over spring height

Works with most aftermarket Super Duty lift coils

Compatible with all 1980–1997 F-Series frames; 1980–1991 may need 1/4" shim at panhard bracket location
