Polaris RZR XP Turbo

Polaris RZR XP Turbo Hess Motorsports Rear Mounted Radiator/ Intercooler Relocation Kit. A very common problem for any UTV enthusiast is over heating due to the stock mounting location of the radiator. The stock radiator is mounted up front which leaves it very vulnerable to damage and mud clogging. We have relocated the radiator to the rear, increased coolant capacity, and added a high output fan! This is the ultimate setup for the driver that demands performance from their UTV! With the ever increasing demand for performance we had to move the Intercooler to the front of the radiator to increase its size. The V1 kit was developed off of the 2016 Turbo. The V2 is designed to keep up with todays performance.

Kit Includes: Hess Spec CBR Radiator with Intercooler, Mounting Brackets, Hoses, Clamps, Fan Wire, Overflow Bottle, Caps, and all other Hardware for installation.

Kit Options

Brackets- work with OEM cage and Bed with minor trimming, Custom cages and or bed modifications may require custom brackets

Note: All Radiator Relocation Kits will Include the Fan Override Switch Kit

Please be sure to specify any special wiring or build needs in checkout notes. (ex. Turbo on a non turbo car, want to keep stock radiator up front as rear, etc...)

NOTE: The Video shows the V1 radiator kit. It is used for installation reference only as we only offer the kit pictured with Intercooler mounted in front of radiator
