The D2500Py is a compact solution for mid-high vocal reproduction that offers high sensitivity and a crystal clear natural sound from the Polyimide diaphragm. Its high output and smooth mid range frequency response allow you to use this horn driver in almost any high output audio application for vocal reinforcement: PRO, high-end monitors, high output home audio speakers, Car Audio or PROAudioOnWheels® Audio Systems.
Its Top-of-the-line polyimide compression horn driver is designed to offer unsurpassed natural upper midrange and high frequency response, with accuracy not found in most manufacturer’s stock PA speaker cabinets.

The small diameter of the driver allows front mounting, making it easy to install, without detaching the driver from any WGP14-50 Horn. The Driver diameter measures only 5.66″ having enough clearance to fit inside of the 5.69″ baffle cut needed for our 2″ exit horns from the WGP14-50 Series.
Combining our company’s extensive experience, and its commitment to customer satisfaction we have created a compact yet very powerful driver that solves the critical component spacing and weight issue.
The specially designed Polyimide diaphragm provides durability and additional damping for natural sound quality. This technology raises the bar for high frequency drivers by giving the driver wider usable bandwidth for smooth, dynamic output along with excellent efficiency.
Polyimide diaphragms supersede titanium diaphragms, being able to play low frequencies without shattering and performing more accurately at high frequencies.
This unique diaphragm is attached to a 2.5″ diameter copper-clad aluminum wire with Kapton® former for a high 200 watts RMS amplifier power with music (when used with the recommended 900 Hz, 12 dB/octave high pass crossover).
An amazing 109 dB of output with only 1 watt of input power (2.83V), when measured at one meter, allows the D2500Py to be used in even the loudest of environments!
