Its bar-and-plate core was developed to stand up to the vibration and shock load your RZR Turbo might be subjected to while out on the trail, bog, rocks, or dunes. Our intercooler end tanks are CNC-machined from aircraft-grade aluminum then precision TIG-welded, unlike the unreliable plastic found in the OEM cooler, making it resistant to cracks and leaks. As with all our products, the Mishimoto Intercooler for the 2016+ Polaris RZR XP Turbo is backed by our signature Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty. If you're worried about keeping your RZR sharp, treat it to our bar-and-plate intercooler so you can ride with peace of mind.
