Description:

Our new 4.5”/5.5” Suspension System is just what you need if you're looking for a comprehensive upgrade to your 2017-2024 F250/F350 Truck! This complete kit includes everything you need to give the front of your truck an extra 4.5"/5.5" ride height increase while maintaining adequate droop travel for a premium ride quality. We kept alignment adjustability in mind with the design of this kit. Our radius arms provide up to 6° of additional caster adjustment. 

Tire Fitment

We have test fit this with 37" tires in a few different configurations. The most popular ZERO TRIM combination is a 37"x13.5" BFG KM3 Tire on a 20"x10" -25mm offset, equating to 4.5" backspace. The KM3 has an aggressive tread pattern and fairly chunky sidewall which landed close to the radius arm. Any tire less aggressive than the KM3 will fit with room to spare. If you stick with a 37"x12.5" just about any type of tire will do, and your wheel options open up a bit. If you're keeping the OEM 20” wheels with 5.5" of backspacing, you can squeak by a 37"x12.5" with some minor trimming. If you want to make a 37"x13.5" work, break out the cutting wheel. 

4.5" vs 5.5" Explained

You may notice our lift is listed as 4.5"/5.5", depending on the year. The answer is quite simple, the 2020 and later Ford Super Duty trucks sat 1" lower from the factory than its predecessors. This means the same 4.5" lift coil on a 2005-2019 Super Duty will provide 5.5" of lift on the 2020+ Super Duty. No other parts changed, the truck just started out lower than before. The only time this is not true is for the 2020+ Super Duty TREMOR, these come from the factory with a 2" lift/level, and makes them 1" taller than a stock height 2005-2019. Using our 4.5"/5.5" spring will lift the front of a 2020+ TREMOR 3.5".
