The Heavy Hauler 6.7 Cummins Long Block is a fully assembled, high-performance engine solution designed for heavy-duty towing and work applications. Rated for up to 700 HP, this long block includes a D&J Stage 1 High-Performance Cylinder Head, a street/towing camshaft for lower EGTs and improved fuel economy, and custom ARP 9/16” head studs for superior sealing strength. To enhance durability and reliability, this build incorporates 2018 and older components, replacing the less reliable hydraulic roller lifter setup with solid flat tappets and adjustable rockers. Each engine is CNC-machined, fully blueprinted, and assembled with premium components, ensuring maximum strength and longevity. Manufactured by D&J Precision Machine, this engine is built to outperform and outlast stock configurations in the toughest applications.

- Rated for up to 700 HP - Designed for demanding work applications, though high-horsepower tuning is not recommended for heavy towing
- Stage 1 High-Performance Cylinder Head - 5-axis CNC ported with heavy-duty oversized intake and exhaust seats for increased airflow
- Street/Towing Performance Camshaft - Lowers EGTs by 200-300 degrees, improving fuel efficiency and durability
- Upgraded 2018 & Older Components - Replaces hydraulic roller lifters with solid flat tappets and adjustable rockers for increased longevity
- Fully Assembled & Pre-Lubed - Includes oil pan, front cover, machined rocker box, and break-in oil for seamless installation
