Rated at 220 gallons per hour, at 70 PSI and backed by our limited lifetime warranty the Titanium Signature Series lift pump can support your Ford Powerstroke 7.3L and 6.0L diesel engine with enough fuel for 600-900 HP multiple fueling system upgrades.
A Titanium Signature Signature Series fuel system also offers advanced filtration benefits that will help protect your Powerstroke’s injection systems, effectively extending the life of your Diesel Injectors. These Benefits include an improved filtration rating of 3 Microns, a built-in water separation filter, and FASS Diesel Fuel Systems patented air/vapor removal process. Powerstroke diesel engines are known for having injector failure issues; this can be caused by several different factors and FASS Filtration Systems is designed to eliminate those that are fuel related.
Includes all plumbing necessary to install system on a stock vehicle.
We recommend using the RCD Fuel sump when installing this unit. It prevents air from entering the fuel system due to fuel slosh which a straw will allow. The RCD sump also provides a 1/2" NPT feed and return port which is compatible with all fuel systems. And DOES NOT require removing the fuel tank.
