MG1 ECU Unlock Process

To enable tuning on the MG1 platform, your ECU must be sent to our Wisconsin facility for a professional unlock. • Turnaround Time: The unlock process takes approximately 5–7 business days once the unit is received. • Shipping Details: Customers are responsible for inbound shipping. EVP provides UPS Expedited 2-day Delivery for return shipping (excluding international orders). • Preparation: Ensure all mounting brackets are removed before shipping. You must include a printed and completed ECU Submission Form in the package.

Required Hardware

• CodeShooter Mandatory: An EVP CodeShooter Flashing Device is required to operate all Paragon Turbo Systems on the MG1 ECU. • Ordering Note: If you do not currently own a CodeShooter, please select the appropriate kit option during checkout.
