Engineered for performance and built for durability, the Carbon Shocks 2.5" Coilover with 12" of stroke is proudly manufactured in the USA using American-made and sourced materials. Every shock is machined in-house at our Oklahoma facility to ensure top-tier quality, consistency, and fitment.

| Aluminum Components | All aluminum parts are CNC-machined from Kaiser 6061 or 7075 billet aluminum, ensuring the perfect balance of strength and weight. |
| Pressure Testing | Every shock undergoes a 300 PSI nitrogen pressure test for 24 hours to validate seal integrity and quality control before it leaves our facility. |
| Operating Pressure | Requires a nitrogen charge between 150–200 PSI for optimal performance. |
| Shock Oil | Filled with Carbon Shocks’ proprietary Blue ICE shock fluid, designed for high thermal stability and consistent damping under extreme conditions. |
