The Hess Motorsport Yamaha YXZ 1000R/SS Steering Rack Support
Our rack support is machined in house out of 7075 Billet Aluminum. We have designed our rack support to strengthen the week frame area behind the rack. Our support mounts from the backside of the mounting plate. The thin metal is prone to stretching around the bolts causing the rack bolts to loosen off. Simply knock the factory nut certs off the frame and replace them with our rack support. It is bolted on with the rack and then jammed with additional nuts to ensure your rack wont come loose.
