6 Inch Lift Kit | FOX 2.0 Strut | Ford F150 (2014) 4WD

Take your 2014 Ford F150 4WD truck to new heights with a 6-inch suspension lift kit by BDS. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 37" tires.

This kit leverages BDS's proven high-clearance design for enhanced ground clearance, strength, and superior off-road protection, while addressing suspension and steering geometry. It is complemented by the provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, and supplied hardware, resulting in excellent on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilizes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, FOX 2.0 performance series strut, multipiece differential relocation brackets and skidplate designed for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse.

In the rear, BDS utilizes high-strength cast steel lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance along with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

FOX 2.0 Snap Ring Strut

The mono-tube design's internal reservoir separates the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber. The IFP eliminates oil aeration allowing maximum performance from the factory-tuned, precision valving.

A custom-molded spring seat allows the use of your stock spring and mounting hardware. The precision, impact-extruded 2-inch aluminum body is lightweight and rust resistant. Three predetermined preload settings allow you to tune your stance

High Clearance Crossmembers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new, taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC-machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle designs that work in conjunction with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.
