4 Inch Lift Kit FOX 2.0 Strut Ford F150 21-25 4WD 2 Inch Block Fox 2.0 Performance Shocks

Increase the performance and capability of the 2021-2025 Ford F150 trucks with 4-inch lift kit with FOX 2.0 struts by BDS Suspension. Designed to improve stance the BDS 4 inch lift kit with FOX 2.0 front struts give more capability off-road. This kit includes everything necessary to set your F150 truck up right with clearance for up to 35 inch Tires.

This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics.

Up front the kit utilizes FOX 2.0 strut shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets and skidplate designed for offroad protection.

Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse.

In the rear BDS utilizes high strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance along and NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

FOX 2.0 Struts

These FOX 2.0 Performance Series coil-over struts bring impressive damper performance for great ride on and offroad capability designed as a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies while retaining the OE coil spring and top plate.

They feature a 2.0 inch extruded and machined 6061 T6 aluminum body for better heat dispersion, along with an internal floating piston (Internal Floating Piston) to eliminate oil aeration, FOX's proprietary internals, 5/8 inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy shaft.

High Clearance Crossmemebers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.

1. 18 inch or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17 inch and 18 inch wheels cannot be re-installed. Stock 20 inch wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 Tire.
2. 18 inch wheels with 5-5.5 inch backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the Tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod. 5.5 inch backspacing is highly recommended for Tire to frame crash bar clearance.
3. Models with 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit 122406 (not included w/ kit)
4. Block kits replace factory 1-1/4 inch block. Stock block will not be reinstalled.
5.  Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and Tire choice. It is the end users responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
6.  Does NOT fit diesel models.
7.  Tremor models: only the 3-1/4 inch rear block is recommended. Larger blocks cause driveline vibration. Expected rake is 1 inchwith new block installed. Factory block provides slight tail low stance if desired
8.  Some trucks with a 2 piece drive shaft may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear driveshaft. (Safety Recall 21S25) Due to the recall procedure, BDS recommends to have this performed prior to installing the lift.
9.  This system has not been tested on models equipped with Ford BlueCruise.
10.  Will not work with models with CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping)
11.  Requires frame bracket modification.
