Up the ante in your 2020-2024 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4WD truck and improve the ride with this 3-inch lift kit featuring FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks from BDS Suspension.

Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35 inch Tires. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 shocks designed specifically to bolt-on performance for increase travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain along with smooth on-road comfort.

Up front the lift kit includes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite reservoir shocks and heavy duty tubular upper control arms for increased strength. Along with the control arms, a pair of indexed cast steel torsion bar keys are supplied upfront to lift the vehicle and a small differential relocation kit is supplied to correct CV axle operating angles without affecting ground clearance. To eliminate sway bar interference, a pair of sway bar relocation brackets is used which maintains proper operating angle.

In the rear, a 2 inch block and u-bolt kit is used to create a level to slightly tail high stance when unloaded. Rounding out these kits are a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.5 Performance Elite reservoir shocks ready to soak up the terrain.

FOX Performance Elite

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks offer next level performance for on-road comfort and off-road comfort capability. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box, these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter shocks are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in the rough terrain.

The Dual Speed Compression Adjust adjuster adds remarkable versatility and precise tuning with a simple twist of either two adjuster knobs, offering 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels, with a black anodized aluminum reservoir to increase cooling efficiency.

HD Upper Control Arms

Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these upper control arms are ready to bolt-in with most leveled/lifted trucks. They use 1.5 inch OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment.

At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.

1. Disassembly/assembly of the factory torsion bar system requires the use of a special unloading tool. The GM specified tool #CH48809
2. Some minor trimming may be necessary to fit certain wheel/Tire combination. This is normal with most aftermarket Tire/wheel fitment on Chevy/GM trucks and typically consists of trimming the bottom edge of the inner fender shrouds and/or lower corner of front bumper valance. As a rule of thumb, deeper backspacing and shorter/ narrower Tires will reduce/eliminate trimming required. Further trimming tips are included at the end of this instruction sheet.
3. FOX 2.5 performance elite series shocks offer next level performance and damper capacity. Aluminum body for faster heat dispersion and Dual Speed Compression Adjust adjustabe reservoir.

10. Determine if your truck was manufactured with or without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs.
