Build the ultimate Bronco with the same setup trusted by KOH racers Jason Scherer. The KOH Edition Bronco suspension package by BDS was born in the desert to withstand the toughest conditions proven on the King of Hammers racecourse. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 37" tires.

Up front the lift kit includes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series remote reservoir coil-over shocks, heavy duty tubular upper control arms for increased strength, steering tie rod sleeves to increase diameter or stock tie rods, max tire clearance kit to fit 37" tires and lower control arm skid plates for the ultimate protection. In the rear, BDS utilizes a complementary set of FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks for an improved ride, -rear lower tubular control arms to give max flex, adjustable rear track bar to keep everything aligned, and a set of lower shock skids to prevent damage from rocks or debris.

FOX Performance Elite

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks offer next level performance for on-road comfort and off-road comfort capability. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box, these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter shocks are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in the rough terrain. The DSC adjuster adds remarkable versatility and precise tuning with a simple twist of either two adjuster knobs, offering 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels, with a black anodized aluminum reservoir to increase cooling efficiency.

HD Upper Control Arms

Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these upper control arms are ready to bolt-in with most leveled/lifted trucks. They use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed high-strength uniball to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.

HD Rear Trailing Arms

Built from thick wall 1.9" diameter tubing and specially formed to maximize tire clearance. The axle side utilizes an OE-style rubber bushing for long service-free operation and better isolation of the noise, vibration, and harshness associated with driving across various terrain. The frame mount side features a large forged end for strength and durability and is available with either OE-style rubber bushings or flex ends that allow up to 30-degrees of misalignment for greater articulation.

Shock Protection

Finishing off your KOH Bronco is a set of front and rear shock skid plates to protect your valuable assets. These heavy duty skids are constructed from 3/16" steel, specially formed to provide the ultimate rock and offroad protection for the stock lower control arms, lower strut mount and CV shafts when you hit the trail. Rear steel skids reinforce the factory shock mount and provide ample protection from rocks and other obstacles to the lower shock and mount. The design also features an integrated roost guard, adding further protection to the shock body from stones or debris you may kick up on the trail.
