Non-EBV Outlet Flange
This is a full flow exhaust outlet without the Exhaust Backpressure Valve (EBV). Will fit all stock 7.3L PSD TP38 turbos with non-EBV pedestals from 1994.5-1997. Fits all E-Series Vans as well.
