Apoc Toyota 4Runner adjustable Trailing Arms are a significant upgrade from stock; factory Control Arms work great with factory-sized tires. Once you go bigger, you need more robust and longer control arms to maintain correct handling. Apoc Toyota 4Runner Trailing Arms are built to support proper suspension geometry to keep your rig handling like stock but better. When adding any lift to your Toyota 4Runner, you change your drive line angles, creating drive line vibrations and u-joint failure. Big tires and lifts look great, but don't sacrifice reliability; upgrade your Control Arms and drive easily. Adjustable Controls arms are fully adjustable from stock to 6" of lift, so if you're just starting with a mild lift for now but upgrading later, these arms will suit your needs as you add more lift over time.

Control Arm lengths 

If upgrading from factory control arms, ensure you set the length to the correct lift size to keep your steering geometry accurate. The larger the lift, the longer the control arms. Don't assume what your lift size is. If you are not sure, contact the lift kit manufacturer to verify your lift size. The Instructions will give you the measurements to set each control arm to match your lift; an alignment is recommended after installation to ensure all alignment angles are proper.
