TiAL Blow Off Valve

The Q:

New for 2008 is the first revision of the nine year old original TiAL BOV. This genuine Q bolts right up to any standard TiAL flange, so you can upgrade without having to re-weld. Through countless hours of R&D we were able to make the same size valve flow a staggering 60% more than the original design - that means 60% more air is blown off per cycle! This is the highest flowing BOV on the market.

How to order your BOV:

BOV Option: This tells us what flange you need for your charge pipes or that you do not need a flange at all because your charge pipes might already have a flange on them for this BOV. To weld a flange on your charge pipe for this BOV, you must have a matching metal flange. We have two options, stainless steel or aluminum.

This is a universal blow off valve and will not fit on our platform cars with a stock turbo and bypass valve. We have a charge pipe for a Cobalt/HHR that adapts to a 50mm BOV (found here), will not work for the Sonic/Cruze, ATS/Camaro, etc.
