On low mount turbo systems, also referred to as mid mount or under car style twin turbo systems, the oil needs to be returned to the engines crankcase. The oil cap is the perfect place to do this. SPE has designed a cap that allows the AN fitting to swivel and the hose end to stay connected when removing the cap from the valve cover. This allows for easy removal without the need to remove the hose. These can also be used as a breather for a catch can.
