The high steer arms in this kit will also accommodate most full hydraulic and hydraulic assist steering systems as well. If setting up traditional crossover steering the drag link will be installed in the front hole on the passenger arm and the tie rod will be installed in the two rear holes. If 1 3\/4 or 1 1\/2 inch outer diameter tie rod is used the steering will clear a factory differential cover, and our \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.barnes4wd.com\/product.asp?itemid=1161\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: rgb(30, 144, 255);\"\u003eSuperduty Dana 60 low profile cover\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e at full lock steering angle. 3\/8 inch thick steel is used to manufacture the upper and lower plates for each arm and the inner gussets are fabricated from 1\/4 inch steel.
