1. U-Bolt Diameter:

   • 3/4” (Recommended for high HP or blocks taller than 7”) – Includes upgraded Adjustable Location Top Plates

2. Axle Size:

   • 3.5” Axle – Single Rear Wheel

   • 4.0” Axle – Dual Rear Wheel

3. Block Height:

   • Measure block height directly over the axle centerline

   • Round up if between sizes

4. Leaf Pack Type:

   • Standard Pack – Full-length top leaf (approx. 2–3” thick)

   • Top-Mounted Overload – Thicker pack with separate overload spring and spacer

5. Optional Add-Ons:

   • Extra Long Option – Adds 2” to U-bolt length
