A Vin License will unlock your EFI Live AutoCal and allow it to be used on a new VIN. This is required whenever you wish to use an EFI Live AutoCal that has previously been paired with a different VIN. Whether you're using your AutoCal on a new truck, or you've bought a used AutoCal, you will require this VIN License.
