This fabricated shackle hanger replaces your factory stamped hanger. Our precise geometry changes allow for proper rear suspension droop when paired with the Extended Shackle. This is the same hanger used with all Desolate Motorsports leaf spring kits. They bolt directly into existing frame holes for a simple install.
