2013-2021 Ram/Jeep EcoDiesel 3.0L HP Tuners MPVI3 Custom Tuning

The CCS EcoDiesel HPTuners Package is designed for diesel enthusiasts who want to optimize their vehicle’s performance. It provides a set of tools and software that allow you to fine-tune your ECM parameters.

Flashing Procedure:

Step 1: Connect to the truck with HPTuners and open VCM Editor (BETA) on your computer.

Step 2: Go to Take a stock read of the truck, it will then give the following prompt

Step 3: It will ask to create a patch file which it will also ask you to save do so and save it as _MOD.hpt or whatever you like.

Step 4: Flash in the patch file that you saved, then you will be able to get a consistent read afterwards. To close out of the patch file to get the stock read, look at the top left of the VCM editor window and you will see a folder that when you hover over it with your mouse will say: "CLOSE", click that and then read out the stock file and attach it to this order.

How Does It Work?

For 2014-2019 EcoDiesel load the new tune files onto your MPVI2 or MPVI3 (HPTuners devices).

Plug the device into your vehicle’s OBDII port.

Initiate the flashing process to update the ECM with the customized tune.
