This replacement lower engine gasket set fits 92-00 Cherokee XJ, 92 Comanche MJ, 92-95 Wrangler YJ, 93-98 Grand Cherokee ZJ, 97-00 Wrangler TJ and 99-00 Grand Cherokee WJ models equipped with 4.0 liter engines. Set includes oil pan gaskets, timing cover seal, timing cover gaskets, oil pump gasket, oil filter adapter seals and rear crankshaft seal. Replaces OE 4740008
