Adjustable Whip/Flag mount for ATV and OFFROAD vehicles by Scosche. It features a 1/2" mounting hole in a 6061-T6 aluminum base with a black UV resin finish and includes a stainless steel tightening screw. It also includes a BaseClamp™ to mount to a 1.75" bar or cage. 

1.75" BaseClamp™ tube-clamp includes a stainless steel tightening screw. 

The mount can be rotated 360˚ with 18 locking positions available.
