The 2006-2007 LBZ Duramax EGR Delete Kit is designed to completely remove the factory exhaust gas recirculation system for improved reliability, lower intake temperatures, and cleaner engine operation. The factory EGR setup recirculates hot exhaust gases back into the intake, which can lead to carbon buildup, increased soot, and reduced performance over time.
